Rock Gymnastics mission is to provide safe, fun, progressive instruction that will benefit your gymnast through everyday learning, physical fitness, and confidence for their future.
Our 8,000 square foot fully heated/air conditioned facility is equipped with women's and men's apparatuses, loose foam and resi pit, Tumble Track, preschool gymnastics equipment, comfortable parent viewing are, and ample parking.
Our Pebbles program starts for kids under 2 (with their parent) to 6 year olds learning the basics of gymnastics while having fun and being safe.
Our Rock Solid Recreational program is for girls and boys 6 years old and up.
We also offer tumbling classes with a discount for all Angels Cheerleaders, Adult Fitness classes, Wednesday Work Shops, Kidz Fitness, Open Gym, Birthday Parties, Field Trips, & Private Lessons.
