Rock Gymnastics strives to become the highest quality gymnastics program in the United States. We coach our gymnasts to be the best they can be, body and soul.
Established in 2013, our initial goal was to provide a training facility and coaching methodology that we believed was needed for competitive gymnasts in our local area. The program grew quickly from this original competitive team to expansions in gym square footage and equipment, coaching talent and gymnastics classes offered at all levels and ages. Today, we are the largest gymnastics facility on the Jersey Shore. Gymnasts travel from all over New Jersey for our team practices and progressive classes.
Every child deserves the best instruction possible. We provide a safe and loving atmosphere for our Pebbles (Toddlers through Preschoolers) through our competitive champions.
| Our Pebbles classes have two dedicated gyms within our gym to provide their classes a safe, soft, warm atmosphere as parents and family observe within close distance. Classes run morning through evening Monday through Friday, and weekend mornings. Pebbles Open gym is an excellent opportunity to practice on equipment and show parents what they have learned, and is free for current students. |  |
Progressive classes (school-aged children) practice on the same Olympic equipment and events as our league gymnasts. Classes are offered as 1 or 2 hours per week, weekday afternoons and evenings, all day Saturday, and Sunday mornings. We group our classes by age and ability. Progression by level is individual, not session-based. Many progressive gymnasts participate in our in-house competition team.
Our USAG and JOGA teams are recognized as top teams in New Jersey. The banners of our State and Regional champions, team titles, and competition wins fill our walls with pride of accomplishment. Behind those banners are the hardest-working, most amazingly life-balanced gymnasts in the country. You will see them in the gym, practicing alongside our classes.

Enrollment is year-round and continuous. It is never too early or too late to join. Enrollment at Rock is month-by-month, with automatic reenrollment until you inform us of a change. There are no contracts to sign that adhere your child to sessions or end-of-year. Makeups are offered on missed classes. We are parents too, and we understand your scheduling!
