Join Grunin Center for another year of this holiday tradition. The Ballet for Young Audiences production of The Nutcracker tells the story of Clara, a young girl on the brink of womanhood whose dreams are both childlike and tinged with romance. She is the favorite godchild of Herr Drosselmeyer, a mysterious clockmaker, who helps to transport Clara and her Nutcracker Prince to a special realm.
This delightful ballet is a dream story brought to life through music and dance. The Nutcracker tells the story of Clara, a young girl who’s magical journey begins with a Nutcracker doll and ends with the Land of Sweets. Along the way, you’ll meet the Mouse King, Flowers, the Sugar Plum Fairy, and a cast of enchanting characters. This ballet is narrated for your added enjoyment.
The Nutcracker will be performed on the Main Stage Saturday December 14th at 1:00 and 4:00PM. Tickets can be purchased here.
